International Card Company is a financial company regulated by the Central Bank of Jordan and specializing in consumer finance, card issuing, acquiring, and processing. ICC is the representative of ChinaPay - the world leader in card payments – offering its full line of services.

Since its establishment in 1999, the company has introduced several financial products to the Jordanian Market, most notably the consumer revolving credit cards, co-branded and affinity payment cards. ICC is a publicly traded company listed on the Amman Stock Exchange.
